Accepting these terms
By downloading or using Timeless, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Timeless is not directed to children under 13.
License and acceptable use
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Timeless for lawful, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reverse engineer the app except where applicable law permits it, interfere with its operation, exploit bugs, automate play, manipulate rewards, or use the app to violate another person’s rights or any law.
Virtual gems and rewards
Gems, streaks, levels, cosmetic items, and other in-game rewards are part of the game. They have no cash value, are not property, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and may be adjusted to maintain gameplay balance. Local progress may be lost if you delete the app, reset your device, or lose access to the device.
Advertising
Timeless may show optional rewarded ads and occasional interstitial ads supplied by Google AdMob. Rewarded ads provide only the reward described in the app. Your advertising and tracking choices are described in our Privacy Policy.
Ownership
Timeless, including its software, design, artwork, sounds, text, and branding, is owned by the developer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership to you.
Availability and changes
We may update, rebalance, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that the app or advertising inventory will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free. When an ad is unavailable, Timeless may provide the associated gameplay reward without an ad.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Timeless is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. The developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost progress, data, rewards, or profits arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Apple
Apple is not responsible for Timeless or its content, support, or maintenance. Your use of the app is also subject to the applicable App Store terms and Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will change the effective date when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to mahdisul1@gmail.com.
