Offline play
Solo Guess, Solo Stop, and Free Clock do not require an account. Solo statistics, streaks, gem balances, purchases made with in-game gems, display choices, ad-reward limits, and preferences are stored on your device. Removing the app may remove this local information.
Advertising and rewarded ads
Timeless uses Google AdMob to provide optional rewarded ads and interstitial ads at natural gameplay breaks. Rewarded ads are shown only after you choose to watch one in exchange for the reward described in the app, such as gems or a streak rescue.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may process information such as your IP address and approximate location derived from it, device or app-scoped identifiers, ads viewed, ad interactions, diagnostics, crash information, and performance information. Google and its ad partners may use this information to deliver, measure, limit the frequency of, secure, and—where your choices and applicable law permit—personalize advertising.
Timeless uses Google’s consent tools where required. Depending on your region and choices, personalized, non-personalized, or limited ads may be served. You can revisit available advertising privacy choices from the app’s Settings screen. Timeless does not receive your name or contact information from watching an ad.
On iOS, Timeless asks for permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency system before an advertising identifier may be used to track activity across other companies’ apps and websites. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track,” Timeless remains fully usable, rewards remain available, and Google may serve non-personalized or limited ads. You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings.

Retention and deletion
Solo data remains on your device until you reset it through the app where available or delete the app. Google’s retention practices for advertising data are governed by its applicable policies.
Your choices
Rewarded ads are optional. Where an advertising privacy message is required, you can make the choices presented there and reopen the privacy options from Settings.
Children
Timeless is not directed to children under 13. The game does not include chat, public user-created profiles, contact uploads, or precise-location collection. If you believe a child has provided personal information, use the contact method below.
Security and policy changes
Timeless uses platform security controls and encrypted network transport for advertising requests. No system can guarantee absolute security. This policy may be updated as the product or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version.
