No sound is playing
Open Timeless Settings by tapping the Timeless logo, enable Sound Cues, and check your iPhone’s volume.
My round restarted
If the app is interrupted, Timeless cancels the current Solo round so background time is never counted.
I completed an ad but did not receive the reward
Wait a moment for the completion event. If the reward still does not appear, restart Timeless and include the approximate time of the ad when contacting support.
